Re-Order Collection Boxes
Need more boxes? Most of our customers will automatically receive new boxes once their current ones are returned. However, if you need additional boxes for your site, follow these easy steps to re-order. Boxes typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Type in your Account Number or Store ID, then your email and click “Submit”.
- You will see all your previously submitted cases and their status.
- Click on the “Re-Order” button below the cases to place your order for new collection materials.
