Call2Recycle Canada has been selected by RECYC-QUÉBEC as the exclusive Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) responsible for implementing and operating the battery recovery and recycling program in Quebec.

There are over 275 Ecocentres (AKA municipal waste facilities) in Quebec where consumers can recycle their battery-powered products.

The program is funded by Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs), which are applied to the sale of select new battery-powered products with built-in batteries.
