Re-Order Collection Boxes
Need more boxes? Follow these easy steps to easily re-order new boxes for your collection site. Boxes typically arrive within 5-10 business days:
- Type in your Account Number or Store ID, then your email and click “Submit”.
- You will be able to see all your previously submitted cases and their status.
- Click on the “re-order” button below the cases to reorder collection materials.
Save time with Auto-Replenishment
Most collection sites are already enrolled in our Auto-Replenishment System (ARS), which means new boxes are sent automatically when your supply runs low. If you’re not yet on ARS and would like to simplify ordering, contact our customer service team to get set up.
